Order Status

Requests for order status are only available by submitting the form below.
 Once submitted, we will reach out to the furniture manufacturer to inquire about the progress of your order(s) to see if it is on par with the projected ETA that was provided to you when ordered.  If your furniture has already shipped, we will then contact the trucking company for an estimated date range in which they believe it should arrive at our delivery service's warehouse in Northern New Jersey.
You can expect an email update within 2 business days!
