Order Status
Orders placed with our family-run business typically take the time you were originally quoted when you made your purchase. Occasionally there are delays but we always notify those customers of that delay ASAP, either by phone or email.

If you have not been contacted, that is because your order is still in-progress.

Once your furniture order does arrive at our warehouse, you will be contacted by our office staff to satisfy any open balances due. If your order happens to already be paid-in-full, you will be contacted by our delivery service to schedule your delivery or pick-up appointment.

Please do not call the store or ask the sales associates for order status... they will only have to refer you to our office (732-210-4812).
