Please do not call the store or ask the sales associates for an update on the status of your order... they do not have access to factory production and trucking information. They will only refer you back to this page for the updated information contained here.

 Please browse thru this page to find your order and see your update. If you don't happen to see your name for some reason, or if you still feel that you need further assistance on an existing order, please scroll all the way to the bottom of the page & kindly submit an order status request thru the form. Once submitted, you can expect an email update within 2 business days once we are able to look further into your order!

Orders placed with our family-run business typically take the time you were originally quoted when you made your purchase.  As they are just estimates of course, occasionally there are slight delays but we will always notify those customers of any delays.  If you have not been contacted in regards to any major delays, that is because your order is still in-progress and coming in close to our original estimates.
