Order status
When your order was placed with us, you were provided an estimated lead time, barring any manufacturing delays, a projected time frame in which your furniture usually takes to be ordered, processed and then eventually shipped in to our New Jersey warehouse.
Example: "Maxtrix Furniture typically ships in 6-8 weeks"
Due to the high volume of orders, we will only provide updates after the 5th week has passed. We kindly ask that you first check your invoice for the estimated lead times provided, then fill out and submit this order status request form.
Once your request is received, we will contact the manufacturer, trucking companies and warehouses, to determine the status of your order and we will typically reply to your request within 24-48 hours.
Please do not call the showroom or customer service for order status, it is only done via email or thru this page!
